TWP
Driving Academy
"The Working Professionals"

How to enroll:

  • 1. Send a Enrollment Request

Thank you for visiting our website! We are excited that you are considering us to be your driving school and we look forward to teaching you the rules to the road:

    • To start enrollment with our academy, please click on the Registration tab, select the course you need, complete and submit our Driver's Ed enrollment form.
  • 2. TWP Training Agreement

The process of enrollment will vary depending upon how you prefer to register.

Students have the option to register virtually (over the phone), or they can schedule an appointment to come in person:

    • After you submit an enrollment request, someone from TWP will reach out to you over the phone or via email to start the next process of enrollment.

    • The next step to enroll is to review and sign our training agreement. This agreement can be signed electronically via DocuSign or in-person (by scheduling an appointment).
  • 3. Pay for Lessons

Payment for lessons can only be received once our training agreement has been signed. Payment for service can be made by:

    • 1. Payment link  sent from our office personnel during the enrollment process.

    • 2. Calling our office during normal business hours to pay over the phone.

    • 3. Calling our office during normal business hours to schedule an appointment to come to pay in-person
  • 4. Schedule Training

TWP initiates and controls all scheduling. Our schedule is prepared once a month by a scheduler and communication for lessons are sent out via email (to fully registered students). Our time slots are usually afterschool during the week, and weekends are left to the discretion of the instructor.

Regarding in-cars, please only call our office for cancellations, rescheduling, or to provide general availability.

  • 5. Finishing the Program

    • Students have a better chance of success with finishing our program at a faster pace when they already have experience with operating a car. Our Driver's Ed program is designed to help Ohio drivers learn how to be defensive and prepared to get their Ohio License.

    • We recommend at least 25 hours of practice in a vehicle before registering for our program. The best and safest places to start would be in empty parking lots to help the student practice braking, turns, and acceleration.
